The barrel is stamped "COLT .45 AUTO N.M. MK. IV / SERTIES'70" as visible through the ejection port. Left side of the slide is roll marked "COLT'S MKIV/SERIES'70 GOLD CUP NATIONAL MATCH .45 AUTOMATIC CALIBER" Right side of the slide is roll marked "GOLD CUP NATIONAL MATCH"
