This Colt Government Model was shipped September 15th, 1934 to A.F. Stoeger Inc. of New York, New York in a 30 gun shipment. It is finished in colts fine brushed blue and has the factory checkered walnuts stocks.
The barrel is stamped with the marking "45 COLT" on the top of the chamber that is visible through the ejection port. This marking was only in production for roughly a 3 month period in 1934.
Accompanying this pistol is the original box, with instruction pamphlet, cleaning brush and hang tag.
